THE WILY CHINEE IN 'FRISCO. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyrign San Francisco, August 15. Chinese declare that s'ix companies are practically the governors of Chinatown in San Francisco and urge the city authorities to suppress guides conducting visitors thither. They declare that the guides maintain the opium dens and pay the Chinese to smoke opium In order to enhance the value of their services. They promis'c that the offensive features will disappear if the guides arc suppressed.
