SUBSTANTIAL BUILDING PROGRAMME. By Telegraph.—Press Association. . Wellington, Last Night. Ine increasing requirements of railway business in the Dominion accessitutu's a substantial building programme which will provide work in the Government shops and private engineering establishments, if satisfactory tenders are received, for ten engines of the A class, len class B engines will be put h nand immediately at Addington, and ten side-tank engines of the WP class will be commenced at Hillside and Pctone. The Department is also going to build (iOO L waggons at different workshops, j If fresh hands arc needed preference wiil i be given to men recently put off.
