In the pur jury charge against Mrs. O'Brien 110 bill was returned. .Peter Cuinming.s was charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl under sixteen years of age. His' was found guilty , with a strong recommendation to mercy. Tn e Judge stated he would have the probation officer's report by this morning, and if it were favorable lie? would consider the recommendation, but not otherwise. Civil anl licensing cases are set down for hearing to-morrow.
