THE DUTY ON WOOD PULP. Received June 28, 0.30 p.m. London, June 28. The United States Senate lias adopted Sonator Aldrjeh's amendment enabling President Taft to impose a double duty on pulp, and a duty of eight dollars per ton on news printing paper, if Canada maintains her restrictions against the export of pulp and woodi to the United States.
