According to tliu New York Times, with a view to forestalling tliu Ciiicago juickci'si, half tlii- capital is being subscribed by America and half by England to establish a company to nil) live steamers, commencing in October, to bring Argentine and foreign beef to New York and return with coal. The, company intends later to erect a packing plant at Buenos Ayres.
