• NAPIER CASES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. In the Divorce Court to-day decrees nisi were granted in the following cases: -Hllargaretta Crooks v. James Arthur Crooks, wife's petition, on the grounds of bigamy and misconduct; Marie Erneline Ethel llapeta v. Hone Jlapcta, wife's petition, on the ground of desertion. CHRISTOIIURCII CASES. Christchurch, Last Night. Divorce decrees were granted to-day iu the case William A. Jennings v. Maude Jennings, misconduct; Annie Capill, desertion and mistondduct.
