The bath-rooms are complete in every detail, and the sanitary arrangements arc. good; Newly painful and papered and furnished throughout, with a new proprietor who has jib-: reputation of knowing his business, there is little doubt that the Jubilee Villa will soon resume its (enviable, position as a place of abode and as ai public dining-room.
