ACCUSED BEFORE THE COURT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Cliristchiireh. Saturday Night. In connection with th e brutal assault on a woman at Linwood on Thursday night, Wm. Cotter and Ernest Nicholls, alias Power, were charged to-day with assaulting Sarah Faloon and robbing her of £2. On the application of the police, they were remanded until Wednesday.
