The results of the principal events were as follow: Men's Championship Singles.—J. E. Marshall beat S. Powdrell, 6—3 6—4,; W. Thomson beat A. McCarthy, 6—o, 6—l; A. Powdrell beat A. J. McCaul, 6—4, 6—li; H. Symond's beat G. Pownall, 6—2, 6—2; A. Powdrell beat W. Thomson, I—6, 6 —3, 6—2, Men's Championship Doubles.—Powdrell brothers beat Lamp® and Craig. Ladies' Championship Singles.—Miss Powdrell beat Miss Thomson, 9—l. Combined Championship Doubles. —J. G. Swainson and Mrs. Jones, 9 —4 (sic); W. H. Swanson and Miss Brewster beat Powell and Miss Thomson, 9—5.
