AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE. Hew York, March 12. The Court of Appeal in the district of Columbia upheld a decision that an injustice had been done in forbidding the American Federation of Labour to publish in its organ, The Foderationist, the name of Buck's Stove and Range Co., St. Louis, under the " We don't patronise list." The Court declared that the defendants could not be restrained from all reference to the company in the journal, but only from the publications made in furtherance of an illegal boycott.
