IMPORTANT CHANGES. London, March 12. Sir Sydenham Clarke, Governor of Bombay, was a guest of the Lodge of the Imperial Brotherhood of Bombay. It consists of Freemasons of all races, who are aiming at mutual co-operation.

>Sir Sydenham remarked that in India the system of government was on the ove of great changes, which, he believed, were for the country's good. The success of the changes, he said, was dependent on the co-operation of all classes and creeds. He rejoiced to associate himself with a movement to that end.
