IMPORTANT CHANGES. London, March 12. Sir Sydenham Clarke, Governor of Bombay, was a guest of the Lodge of the Imperial Brotherhood of Bombay. It consists of Freemasons of all races, who are aiming at mutual co-operation.

The success of the changes, he said, was dependent on the co-operation of all classes and creeds. He rejoiced to associate himself with a movement to that end.
