CHINESE RAILWAY.
GERMAN AGGRESSION. l'ekin, March 12. Dr. Morrison, correspondent for The Times, states that a German syndicate is loaning three millions sterling for constructing the northern half of the Canton-Hankau railway, in direct violation of the agreement of 1905,' whereby British capital and British material were to be used. It is also a disregard of the I'Mtiish-iGerman pgreeuityit ,<"! 1898 defining the spheres of railway interest.
