(Melbourne, February 24. the Federal Minister of Defence has prepared a report on the political aspect ot the question in connection -with the proposed Imperial General Staff and the suggestion that Australia should raise five, divisions of the annv which is to guard the Empire. A second report by Colonel Bridges deals exclusively with the military as- j pect. Both reports are vet to be" considered by Cabinet.
