Melbourne, February H. The State Governor Ims furnished Parliament with his reason for granting the Bent dissolution. Hie was convinced that neither the Leader of the Labor Parly nor Air. Murray could l'urm a Ministry of real stability. There was nothing that lead him to think that Mr. Murray, rather than Mr. Bent, | should a.ppeal to the country, while the debate on the censure motion indicated J that possibly the House desired a change of Premier rather than a change of policy.
