New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association, and stated in reply to the president's welcome that he took a great interest in the objects they had in view, and hoped they would have n profitable session. Wellington, Last Night. A Taihape message states that the Minister for Education arrived this evening and opened the new technical school. He. proceeds early in the morning to Bulls, when he perforins a similar function. He then returns to Wellington. Auckland, Last Night. The Hon. R. McKenzie returned to Auckland from his North of Auckland trip this evening. He will probably leave on Friday ou a. tour of inspection of the. Tasman goldttelds, and the proposed route of the East Coast Vallcv railway.
