The Department of Industries and Commerce lias received from the High Commissioner the following additional cable advice, dated January 25, jn regard, lo the hemp market:— The luniin market is lifeless; no improvement can be looked for until there are lighter shipments from Manila. Last week's Manila, output amounted 'to 30.000 bales.
