Coventry's request for remission of rent on section 8, block (i, Aria. Win. l'ayntcr applied to complete the purchase of section 105, Una and Wniwakaiho, a closed roaik—Deferred for ranger's report. A. 1!. Keighloy. on behalf of Aria residents, applied for a site for a public hall.—The Board could not see its way to grant, the reipiost. The secretary of the Toknora Dairy Factory Co. asked permission to erect ;i dam ou the land at. Tokaora occupied by E. V. Mills—Kosolvod. that Hie lion I'd has no present objection, provided the consent of the tenant be obtained. The Board considered E. Hyde's application for leave to transfer section 2. block I, l'iopiotea West, and consideration was deferred pending the furnishing of the necessary application papers. K. Toline, ranger, reported having resumed possession of section 22 mid 23, block !), Jl'imi.—Land to be re-oll'ered under optional conditions. H. V. l'ussoll asked if there was any likelihood of the sections in Whaiigaiiiomona township being oll'erod for sate. Action deferred for the present. Ti. and K. A. Kirton asked for further extension of lime to cited improvements on section !), block 11, Upper Waitara. owing to difficulty of access. - Final extension granted to August, next.
