A NEW PLYMOUTH CASE. By Telegraph.-Preta Association. Auckland, Friday. Arthur Rowland, who received a ring from a thirteen-year-old boy in New Plymouth, knowing it to have be'on stolen, was sentenced at the Supreme Court lo one year's imprisonment.
