London, December 6, A conference at the Guildhall under the auspices of the Right-to-Work National Council recommended an incream of the grant for the relief of the unJ employed to £1,000,000. It was" alaa decided to recommend the Government to make the relief funds available for distribution by other agencies besides the distress committees.
