The Hon. 0. Samuel, M.L.C., of Xew Plymouth, ami Mrs, Samuel, are on a visit to Auckland. Her Majesty Queen Alexandra celebrated her sixty-fourth birthday yesterday.
Mr. T. Mack, head slaughterman a' the municipal abattoirs, has resignei his position in order to take up a posit ion in Auckland.
