ALL-RED CABLE ROUTE.
Melbourne, November 23. The Federal Postmaster-General, Mr. Austin Chapman, is strongly in favor of the establishment of a cable service by the All-Red route. He is willing, .with Cabinet's sanction, to negotiate with Canada, New Zealand and England for the purchase of the Atlantic cable and the Canadian land line.
