A DIVORCE CASE.

MADAME MELIJA'S SON PROCEEDED AUAINST. Received 15, 4.23 p.m. London, November 14. Mrs. Armstrong, wife of Madame Melba's son, obtained a divorce for cruelly and udullery. It transpired during the hearing of the evidence that defendant was recently dragged from under u lady's bed at the Metropole Hotel. The husband demanded £7OOO or threatened a divorce suit. Plaintiff complained of many cruelties which she, had been subjected to at the hands of her husband, who did not defend the suit.
