THE ORIENT RAILWAY, Constantinople, Xovembe- 13. The Orient Railway Coinpanv demand £5,800,000 as 'the price of the Eastern Koum'elia branch line. This demand is occasioning delay ill the negotiations for a settlement of the Balkan dispute, Bulgaria deeming the price exorbitant.
