MINING.
MOUNT LYELL RETURNS. Received 12, 11.20 p.m. Melbourne, November 12. Mount Lyell returns from October 9 till November 4 show that 30,402 tons were treated, with the addition of 153 tons of purchased ore and metal-bear-ing fluxes. The converters produced 711 lons of blister copper, yielding 702 tons of copper, 5.1,808 ounces of silver and 1308 ounces of gold.
