The liquidator in the estate of Wilier and Rilev informed the creditors at a meeting ' that a statement of affairs showed a surplus of CI-18.000. but if a private bank at Copenhagen succeeded in a claim for tjO.OOIt, tlw surplus would be correspondinulv reduced, and further reduced 1.0 C.V2JMO if Wilier and Riley s cl-iim against the Farmers Butter Export Association failed. Some creditors urged immediate realisation, but no resolution was passed. The liquidator calls another meeting in six weeks.
