THE JAPANESE FAREWELL. Received 25, 4.30 p.m. Tokio, October 24. Replying to Baron Konmra's speech when farewolling the American fleet, Admiral Sperry declared that no two countries ever clasped hands across the seas so warmly. Both might rest content that intelligent sympathy had drawn ancient ties still closer. The public's send-oft' to the fleet was Enthusiastic.
