CHARGES OF "GRAFT." Received 25, 8.11 p.m. Montreal, October 24. A correspondent states that the Opposition are freely making charges of "graft" against the Government. Sir Wilfrid Laurier preserves a scornful silence, though considerable 'excitement has been occasioned by the allegation of gross corruption connected with the construction of the trans-Con-tinental railway.
