AN AMALGAMATION SCHEME. Received 2a, 4.30 p.m. London, October 24. The Liverpool Journal of Commerce says that all marine engine works north of Eastcoast nave agreed on working arrangements on a basis of concentration of management, and classification and standardisation of work, also proportionate pooling of profits. Five millions sterling capital is represented.
