SIR C. FURNESS' PARTNERSHIP SCHEME APPROVED.
Received 25, 4.30 p.m. London, October 24. A meeting of delegates of the men employed by the Furness, Withy Company, West Hartlepool, approved Sir Christopher Furness' co-partnership proposals, and urged the local branches of the various unions concerned to adopt them experimentally for a year.
