He explained the provisions of the Bill, which have already been fully reported when before the House, The Hon. T. K. MacDoiiald complimented tilie Attorney-Onera I on tin; satisfactory arrangements the Gowrnmcut had made. The Hons. Mc-Cardle. Beeliau, Loughnan, Paul, and Jones also complimented the Government.
