ARBITRATION COURT.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Na.pier, Last Night. The Arbitration Court to-day concluded the hearing of the freezing works' dispute. It was contended for the employers tiiat tile men's demands were extremely unreasonable when compared with tile rates of pay a:id conditions in other parts of the Dominion.- For the Union it was contended that the demands were not excessive; and that they were justified by the character of the industry. During tho proceedings it was pointed out that sin lightermen were not now memliers of the Union. The Court adjourned till to-morrow.
