News has been received from Albert, in Canada, that the late Minister of Justice of Denmark has been arrested there, 'having voluntarily confessed a forgery. Jle obtained 'by fraud from tile Zealand Peasants' Savings Bank, of which he was a director, £oUO,OOO sterling.
