WOULD-BE MURDERER ARRESTED. Constantinople, September 9. Silvio Rietei, who is believed to have made an attempt to kill tlie Sultan as he was leaving the Moßquc, lma been arrested at Stamboul. He had returned to the town believing that the amnesty recently declared would include him.
