REVOLUTIONARIES ISSUE AN ULTIMATUM. Teheran, August 51. The revolutionaries at Tabriz, who have successfully resisted the troops of the Shah, have issued an ultimatum to him. 'lOiey demand the selection of a Ministry "from tiie revolutionaries, the expulsion of all the reactionaries from Teheran, and the granting of a full amnesty to political prisoners and offenders.
