The Turkish War Office is prosecuting General Ahmed Afif Pasha for extensive army frauds. The Serbottonian Democratic League has issued a manifesto abandoning its revolutionary principles. The League is convinced that the Turkish Constitution sufficiently guarantees the development of tlie fatherland.
