DIVORCE COURT.

Beatrice fjibbs (for mi «. _ duct with William Mortimer), and in Uwnjnniin Tom Paris v. Adeline Paris (tor misconduct with Jes se William' Aicholson). In the .latter case the Judge refused costs against co-respon-' dent, saying a man who abandoned his 1 wife and six children to another man' tor twelve years was not entitled to' costs. A decree nisi was also granted' H ilimu John Honk against Alice Monk' for misconduct with Walter Henry t-iay, co-respondent. An affidavit" was WM by a Wellington boardinghousc' Kevper stating tlrat respondent and corespondent lived in her house as man: and wife. In the case Mary Jane Conltliard v. Martin Cmtlthard a decree 1,191 ~ vas» granted. The parties were married on June 3rd last. A decreewas also granted in the case William Galbratl. v. Clara Ruth Gnlbraitil, an d J in Peterson, co-respondent, against whom costs were given.
