Reporting on hi- recent visit of ii;spcction to the .Moa Dairy Company'factory and creameries, Mr. Cudiiic remarks:— Factory.—Holes in butter room Hour require to tie patched. Wood-work under cream vats very slimy and bad smelling, The whole structure requires to lie cleansed and given an occasional scrubbing throughout the season. The skim-milk house requires to be painted outside and white-washed inside. Con-crete-work where 'buttermilk is received into carts requires to be cleaned out of rubbish and washed down.
Dudley Road Creamery.—Limewash inside and paint outside of building. Rata.piko Creamery.—Skim-milk measuring machine requires to be kept clean, and the house covering same whitewashed inside and painted outside.
