The Duchess of Argyll opened at Kensington Palace the annual exhibition of the Royal Drawing Society, illustrating the art of the childhood of the British Empire, represented by selections from 15,000 drawings. Australia stood high in the competition. The Labor Party, he said, would introduce in the autumn session a Bill' providing for the compulsory feeding of necessitous School children."
