NAPIEU BAU'LOYEUS' VIEWS. By Telegraph.—i*rcss Association. Napier, Last Night. The committee of the Uawke's Bay Employers' Association, in concluding a report on the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Bill, in which it suggests certain amendments, says: "The proposed Act appeals to us as a bona fide endeavor to put industrial conditions on a better footing for all concerned, and some such Act is the only hope of preventing compulsory conciliation and arbitration from being swept away altogether."
