THE NORTH POLE. COMMANDER PEARY'S DETERMINATION.
Received 18, 4.30 p.m. London, July 18. Commander Peary sailed in the ship Roosevelt from Sydney (Cape Breton), for the Arctic. He declares he will spend three years in an attempt to reach tlie Pole.
