SAVAGE OUTBURSTS AT A RACE MEETING. Received 18, 10.30 p.m. London, July 18. The crowd at Sandown Park received J, B. Joel's victory in the Eclipse Stakes with savage outbursts of hoots and groans. "Bob" Sievier'.s horse, running in tlie following race, was vociferously cheered.
