THE LICENSING RILL. I London, July 15. In the House of Commons Mr. A. Henderson presented a petition from Wesleyans in favor of the Licensing Bill. The petition weighs 12cwt., is nine, miles in length, and contains 010.01)!) signatures. It was wheeled into the House on a trolley. Receiver lutli, 10.50 p.m. I London, July 11. Mr. Asquith's resolution proposes to allot two days to clause I of the Licensing Bill before the recess. The remainder of the Bill will lie dealt with in the autumn, session. Nineteen days have Ikm'u devoted to the consideration of the i Bill in committee.
