PALMERSTON WINTER SHOW
By T«legra\>h.—Press Association. Palmcrstou X., 1-ist Night. The National Dairy Show continued today. There was heavy rain in the morning, but it cleared oil in the afternoon.
Another large crowd attended, th? machinery and agricultural halls being crowded throughout the day. Lord Plunket and hi* aide d*-camp again visited the show this morning and spent several hour* inspecting the ex Kbits.
Tw» leaping competitions were held for ponies and maiden hunter*. Mrs. Walter Johnston's "Windier" won the Utter event out of a lield of twelve.
In fat *hecp classes, p. <l. McKae won the silver bowl, ('. F. Keeble (hohb*r of tbe enp) being second. There was large entries in poultry daues, which were judged to day.
