IMPRESSIVE SERVICE IN WESTMINSTER ABBEY.

Received 16th, O.oli p.m. London, June 10.

An impressive intercession service m behalf of the aims and objects of the' Pan-Anglican Congress was held at noon at Westminster Abbey. The service included soma gems of penitential music. The hymn, "O Holy Ghost," was sung with thrilling effect.

Five thousand members of the Congress with their wives and daughters attended Lord Strathcona's garden party at Knebsworth.
