DIVORCE COURT.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, in divorce, decrees were granted as under:— Charles Parker v. Mary Parker (misconduct); John AVilliam Collier v. Jiva Maria Collier, desertion; Henrietta Charlotte Treadwell v, Thomas Alfred Treadwell, misconduct; Mary Rachel Searle v. AVilliam Isaac Searle, misconduct. Wellington, Monday, lidward McCallum Blake, architect, obtained a divorce from Mabel Charlotte Blake on the ground of her adultery with Norman Jaggar, insurance clerk. A decree nisi was granted with costs 011 -the highest scale against corespondent. Decrees absolute were m:ule in the cases Sarah Barnes v. Henry Barnes and Eliza Thomson v. David Thomson. Auckland, Monday. Sylvia May AVest, of AVaihi, has been granted a divorce against Thomas AA'eot, livery stable-keeper, of Inglewood, on the ground of misconduct.
