Mr laylor said that within the last few weeks a considerable number of applications for enrolment had been put into the Registrar's office of the citv of Christchmeh. all of which were 'made out in one handwriting and the signatures to all of which were, in the°'il>sence of expert evidence and of proof to the contrary, signed by one person, that was under dill'erent names but in the - same handwriting.
