Received Oth, 12.22 a.m. London, May 5. Lord Robert Cecil present the London petition bearing 000,000 signatures, and covering nine miles of paper, against the Licensing Bill. Mr. John Wilson presented a petition a mile and one-third in length, and containing 169,510 Methodists' signatures, in favor of the Bill.
