The Calcutta correspondent of the Daiy Express state" that unconfirmed reports have been circulated that the documents seized at the bomb factory reveal a plot to kill Lord Kitchouer and other high officials. SEDITION MONGERS. Calcutta, May 4. One of the Muzall'upore assassins declared that he had been inspired to do the deed by the study of the vernacular press and the lectures of Bepin Chandra Pal. The latter is it notorious sedition monger.
GOVERNMENT URGED TO DO ITS DUTY.
London, May 4. Commenting on the murder of the English ladies at Muzall'pore, the Simla correspondent ot the Times says: "Grave responsibility will rest with Viscount Morley, Secretary for India, if lie refuses to sanction legislation to suppress the native newspapers' incitements to violence."
