TRANSVAAL APPRECIATION. Pretoria, April 23. Mr. Louis Botha, Premier of the Transvaal, has telegraphed to the Daily Chronicle that by securing self-govern-ment for the new colonies, Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman raised an imperishable monument to himself.
