RECENT MOTOR CAR FATALITY
CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. Per Preaa Association. Chnstclnireh; lyast Night. William Diamond., a medical practitioner, who was concerned in th e motorcar accident at Addington on the night of 22nd February, when Sydney Raymond Merrill received fatal injuries, was charged before Mr. V. Day, S.M., at the Police Court litis afternoon wilh causing lh c death of Merritt by his negligent and improper driving, and thereby committing the crime of manslaughter. The accused was committed for trial, bail in £250 being allowed.
